Several months ago, my uncle gave me an Original Fleming Bottle and Jug Cutter. I tucked it away, not certain if I would ever use it. A couple weeks later, while admiring the beautiful blue bottle of a Bud Light Premium, I thought of the bottle cutter again. A dream was born. I decided right then and there that I would use The Original Fleming Bottle and Jug Cutter to make a set of juice glasses out of Bud Light Premium bottles.
As often happens, life got in the way of my dream. The Original Fleming Bottle and Jug Cutter remained on a shelf in my garage. Unused. Still wrapped in the original packaging. Recently, however, a couple of things happened that have brought about a resurgence of my dream. First of all, I came across the bottle cutter while cleaning the garage. I nearly threw it out… thinking that I would probably never get around to using it. A voice inside my head stopped me. It said “Keep hope alive”, and dusted off the bottle cutter box and put it back on the shelf. Then that very same day, my husband came home with a 12-pack of Bud Light Premium. A sign!! The very next morning, I ripped the celophane off the bottle cutter box and got to work.
